ITAV is founded by Briana Bairos, a passionate educator with over seven years of experience in teaching and directing. Briana's love for working with children started at a young age, and in 2024, she opened ITAV in her home, quickly realizing the need for a dedicated center to serve her community. Briana’s husband, Brandon Bairos, who also has directing experience, plays a vital role in supporting the childcare operations. Together, they’ve created a nurturing, family-oriented environment where children can thrive. As parents to two young children, Giavanna and Braxton, Briana and Brandon value the importance of a balanced, fun-filled space for learning and growth. At ITAV, we are committed to creating an inclusive, safe, and empowering environment where every child can reach their full potential.

A proud mom of two, Ms. Briana brings a perfect balance of passion and hard work to everything she does. She firmly believes in the power of nurturing and compassion and is dedicated to supporting children in the best ways possible. When it comes to creating environments where children can learn and grow, Ms. Briana excels at blending fun, functionality, and practicality. Her love for clean, clutter-free spaces is evident in every corner, but her true mission is to help your child flourish, thrive, and feel valued. In Ms. Briana's care, your child will experience a supportive and safe space where their growth is nurtured, and their well-being is cherished.

Mr. Brandon brings his extensive experience from directing a gym he has called home for over 10 years. He is the co-owner of ITAV, alongside his wife, Briana. While he typically works behind the scenes to ensure the school is up and running smoothly, the children always light up when they see his smiling face! When he’s not working, you can find Mr. Brandon watching football, spending quality time with his family, or working out. He can’t wait to be a part of your child’s journey and share his positive energy with them!

Ms. Melissa has over 10 years of experience working with both early childhood and school-aged children. She absolutely loves dancing, doing crafts, and singing songs with the kids, making every day an adventure! When she’s not working with her favorite preschoolers, you can find Miss Melissa enjoying a manicure, attending comedy shows, or spending time with her dog, Appa. Ms. Melissa is known for her exceptional communication skills, and effortlessly builds strong relationships with parents and caregivers. She’s excited to share her love for fun and creativity with your child!

Miss Jess brings over 8 years of experience working with young children and has a true gift for connecting with little ones. Her passion shines through in the way she plans engaging, hands-on activities and brings endless creativity into the classroom. Miss Jess is known around here as the “Toddler Whisperer” — she has an incredible ability to understand and communicate with toddlers in a way that makes them feel safe, seen, and supported. Outside of the classroom, Miss Jess enjoys spending time with her two children, Wynter and Myles. As a family, they love visiting the beach and going horseback riding. We are so lucky to have Miss Jess on our team and can’t wait for your children to experience the warmth and magic she brings each day!

Nurse Ashley is a dedicated Registered Nurse with 8 years of experience. She is committed to ensuring the health and well-being of every child at ITAV through expert care, including first aid, medication administration, and providing comfort during illness. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, spending time with family, and going for walks.

With a heart full of compassion, she strives to create a warm, welcoming, and fun environment where kids can learn, grow, and thrive. Miss Selena believes in fostering not only academic growth but also social-emotional development, helping each child reach their full potential.Outside the classroom, Miss Selena enjoys spending time with her loved ones, exploring new hobbies, reading books, and embracing her creativity. She is excited to build meaningful connections with your child and help them discover the world around them!
